Anita Barratt of Cricklade Bloomers officially announced to the Public and Town Councillors at the Full Town Council that Cricklade has been invited to enter the RHS “Champions of Champions” National Competition in 2011. There are only 6 places in the whole of the UK for this competition. As Cricklade had consistent success of Gold Awards, it had earned the invitation. This would be the one and only competition for the Town. The neighbourhood awards competition would continue. Cllr D Tetlow, Chairman of the Council congratulated Anita Barratt, Cricklade Bloomers and also the residents for all their support.
