It’s Official Cricklade Jenner Hall has exceeded it’s Target for the “Raise the Roof” Olympic Challenge

Cricklade Jenner Hall   “Raise the Roof” Olympic Challenge has been completed after a generous Grant from Hills Group.

The community of Cricklade in North Wiltshire is today celebrating the news that the Jenner Hall Community Trust has received a £46,196.00 funding boost from The Hills Group Limited.

The money has been made available through the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) which is administered for Hills by Community First, the Rural Community Council for Wiltshire.

Cricklade Jenner Hall has “Raised the ROOF” – Yes – It’s Unofficial !!

Those of you that have passed the Cricklade Jenner Hall on Bath Road Cricklade will have seen the “Thermometer ” on the Hall filled in RED to the Top. It seems that the Target of £165,000 has been met. John Hickman , Chair of the Cricklade Jenner Hall would not comment but said that a Press release giving full details will be made within the next few weeks.
If this is confirmed this will be a fantastic effort by the Chair of the “Raise the Roof”  Committee Miss Vicky McIntosh MBE, who with the support of the committee and Trustees  began this OLYMPIC  Challenge on December 11th. 2010. See the post http://wp.me/p116T2-8Y
