RUN IN ENGLAND, CRICKLADE

 

Programme of running from 1/6/2010

MONDAY ——– Beginners and Race for Life group.

6.30pm Cricklade Leisure Centre

WRN group for women and accompanied daughters – a busy session split into 2 groups – one group running slightly further than the other.

WEDNESDAY—– WRN group for more experienced runners.

6.30pm Cricklade Leisure Centre

A quieter session with a run of around 35 minutes catering for mixed abilities.

 FRIDAY ——— WRN group for more experienced runners.

6.30pm Cricklade Leisure Centre

A longer, quieter session with a run of around 40/45 minutes catering for mixed abilities.

SATURDAY —— Training for longer distance.

4.00pm Cricklade Leisure Centre

Building up the distance gradually, ideal for those training for 10k or half marathon events. Partners welcome.

SUNDAY——— RIE beginners group.

9.00am Cricklade Leisure Centre

Run in England group for men, women and accompanied children who are beginner runners or those returning to running.

 Jane Whinfrey is a level 1 qualified UK Athletics running coach who lives locally in Cricklade and would be happy to arrange other sessions if there is a need.
