The Cricklade Town Festival is back on track! – Twist and Pulse Dance Company will be at the Cricklade “Diamond Day” – June 17th

A few weeks ago, it was mistakenly reported that Twist and Pulse had pulled out of the Cricklade Festival. Ashley Glazebrook and Glen Murphy of Twist and Pulse said, “We were shocked and upset to hear that people thought we had pulled out of the Festival. We rely on others to manage our bookings and it seems that this was not done properly by the team we working with at the time. However, we also weren’t happy thinking that Cricklade wouldn’t have an exciting dance act to help them celebrate, so we’re sending the Twist and Pulse Dance Company to make sure you have just as much as fun as if we’d been there!”

The Chairman of the Cricklade Festival, Nigel Wynne added, “Once the situation was explained to me, I was more than satisfied that this mix-up had nothing to do with Twist and Pulse, or those that currently work with them. I would also like to take this opportunity to apologise for any upset or inconvenience caused to Ashley and Glen, and to Samsung as a result of the initial announcement.

We couldn’t have hoped for a better act to take the stage at this year’s festival! They are a fantastic dance group and we know that everyone is going to really enjoy them. We’re really pleased that Twist and Pulse, their management and everyone involved was able to work together to help the festival to be a continued success.”

The Twist and Pulse Dance Company made it right through to the semi-finals of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent show where they wowed the judges and audience alike with their energetic and funny routines. They are widely considered to be one of the best Streetdance acts in the UK.

Cricklade Festival is very proud to welcome this fantastic dance group to headline our Diamond Day Out. The Twist and Pulse Dance Company will be performing on the main stage on Cricklade High Street at 12:30 and 2:30pm, but listen for on the day for further announcements.
